We never take a cut.
Your monthly plan is what you pay us — there is no per-booking fee and no commission on your sales. Taking payment with your own methods — cash, or the card machine you already have — is always free, and runs alongside either card option rather than instead of one. The only thing you actually choose is how you want to take cards through Atelier — and that is the only other line item there is.
Add only what you need
Optional upgrades — switch on what you need. Most of what other platforms sell as add-ons is already in your plan; anything your plan includes is marked below and never billed on top.
AI Booking Assistant
Clients book by text or web chat — the AI answers and books, and your staff approve or reschedule with a text reply. 250 AI conversations a month included; standard text rates apply over SMS. It handles messages, not phone calls — a fraction of the $99/mo AI concierges elsewhere.
Text Reminders
We handle the phone-number setup and send your text reminders for you — a dedicated business texting number of your own, the kind some platforms bill at $70/mo per line. 500 texts included. Every paid plan already comes with this — the price applies only if you add it to the free Starter plan.
Marketing Suite
Coupon codes, requestable discounts (military, first responder, student), slower-day and peak pricing, a points rewards program, and your own Google Analytics. Gift cards and packages are no longer part of this — they now come with every paid plan.
Reviews
Pull in your Google, Yelp & Facebook reviews and show them off on your site, kept fresh automatically. This used to be $10/mo. It is not any more, on any plan.
In-Person Payments
Take card payments at the front desk with a tap-to-pay reader (Stripe WisePOS E, about $249, bought directly from Stripe), tied to the same calendar so a finished checkout closes the appointment too. No monthly fee to switch it on; card taps carry the same Atelier rate as your online cards.
Extra Location
Add another physical location to any paid plan — still never charged per staff member.

Our directory is where clients in your area discover local pros. Two ways to get listed — and one way to stand out.
Standalone listing
For shops that don't run on Atelier. Same Basic listing our paid-plan customers get — shop name, photos, services, hours, link out — without committing to a booking plan. Best for shops on another booking tool or with their own site who still want clients to find them here.
Featured placement
Pin to the top of search & category results, with a highlighted card and a Featured badge. Stacks on any plan or standalone listing — slots are capped per area so it stays meaningful, not a pay-to-flood race.
Included with paid plans
Booking Pro and up automatically come with a Basic directory listing — same fields, no extra step. Shop name, photos, services, hours and booking link, listed in standard order. On the free Starter plan, or not on Atelier at all? See Standalone above.
