Most things you'd ask about a booking are handled by the business — Atelier just connects you. Here's the rough map.
How do I book?
Browse the directory or pick a category, open the listing for the business you want, and click Book now. You'll see their live availability and you can confirm without making an account.
Did my booking go through?
You'll get a confirmation email from the business within a minute or two. If you don't see one, check spam, and if it's still not there, contact the business directly — their phone and email are on their listing.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or contact the business directly. Each business sets their own cancellation policy — most are reasonable about it if you give them notice.
A business on Atelier didn't show up / behaved badly. What do I do?
Email us at [email protected] with the listing and what happened. We can't force a refund, but we can put pressure on the business and remove repeat offenders.
I'd like my business listed on Atelier — how?
Head to our business pages and start a free trial. Listing is automatic for active tenants.
Privacy / data questions
